MICHAEL BEINKE

I want to create and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with people like you.  Think about it, you have professionals in every area of your life that provide you with good services on a long-term basis, people like your financial advisor, accountant, lawyer, doctor or trusted mechanic.  Why do so many people look at getting a mortgage as such a short-term relationship?  When you consider that for most people, buying or refinancing a home is a big deal, so why do they settle for a mortgage broker they don't know and trust?

In my career, I've seen too many people end up with less than desirable results when buying or refinancing a home.  I would never want this to happen to you.  I want to be your "Lender For Life."  It makes perfect sense.  You don't want to change your doctor every time you need one.  Why would you want anything less than a family mortgage consultant?

Most mortgage brokers spend the majority of their time mass-marketing to the general public, looking for new business and very little time helping their customers.  I, on the other hand, devote the majority of my professional time to educating my clients and showing them all of their other options.  I take care of the loan details, so that any transaction runs as smoothly as possible.  I invest my time in my clients.

To do this, I need your help!

As a "By Referral Only" mortgage consultant, my business continues to grow by referrals from my clients and associates.  It is my intention to build lifelong relationships, one client at a time, and remain your personal mortgage consultant for life.

If you know of a friend, co-worker or family member that has a mortgage or refinancing need, please feel free to contact me.  Your personal referrals are the greatest compliment I can receive.

Sincerely,

Michael S. Beinke
Owner/Broker
